Some days you may run, others you may crawl

Some days you may run full force towards your goal, others it may take all you have just to crawl. That's okay, that's life. You aren't expected to be at 100% all the time. The key is to keep trying and keep moving even on those days when the pace seems slow. Have faith, you're getting there! All of your effort is worthwhile as you edge closer and closer to where/how you want to be. Allow yourself peace and happiness in where you are today as you continue to work towards tomorrow.
If you can run, RUN
If you can't run, then WALK
If you can't walk, then CRAWL
Just keep moving FORWARD
because at the end of the day
PROGRESS IS STILL PROGRESS
no matter the size
