Love Others- In every day and every moment chose to see and embrace their spark, their goodness. Provide comfort, support and nurture them at every opportunity. Be a light for all you encounter.

Love Life – Look for and acknowledge the positives always. Giving your attention, your focus to all the wonders God gives us in this beautiful life. Even amidst your struggles, see the lessons and find peace in the beauty of its impact on your path. With this practice of focusing on the good you will soon find there is room for little else.
